Deep are the caverns of my despair
Ever more will the pain so unfair
Penetrate my psyche in this reality
Ricochets off my defenseless serenity
Entranced in this mountainous ravine,
Sinister as an angry demon obscene
Solemnly I pull my spirit from its noose
Intricately woven working its hold loose
Orchestrating my own demise in dismay,
None too soon it dances quickly away.
