Thought for the Day/Week/Month
If we are dissatisfied with our lives, we are the only ones who can change it. We do so by first; identifying the ‘roles’ we fulfill in our life. We are all employees, neighbors, siblings, parents, tenants, etc. Life is about relationships. Once we identify the ‘roles’; we can identify the expectations of those ‘roles’ and relationships. This helps us set goals for balance in every aspect of our life.

Realize that the entire Universe does not revolve around you.
Try to ‘see’ things from another’s perspective with empathic listening.

Never be afraid to admit you’re wrong.
No one on this planet is perfect, including you. So be kind to yourself and to others.

Make deposits to emotional bank accounts before making withdraws.
To be trusted, you must be trustworthy and you must trust. Practice loyalty in the absence.
